Mr. Scott Leeb, a Senior Consultant with Iknow LLC, will be speaking at the upcoming KMWorld 2017 Conference, to be held at the J.W. Marriott Hotel, November 6-9, 2017, in Washington, D.C. Mr. Leeb will be speaking with Ms. Kim Glover, Manager for Knowledge Management at TechnipFMC, on the topic of “Learning from Failure: Driving Organizations to Greatness.” Their presentation will be at 3:00 p.m. on November 9th.
In this interactive session, the audience will learn how organizations can develop a culture that is not only willing to discuss failure, but embrace it and use it to drive operational excellence and growth. Mr. Leeb will draw on his experience in creating and running business units at Fortune 500 companies and at a leading international philanthropy.
Mr. Leeb is an Engagement Director with Iknow LLC, a leading management and technology consulting firm that focuses on knowledge management. In this capacity, Leeb develops knowledge management solutions for federal, state, and corporate clients by concentrating on strategy definition and governance, knowledge capture and content management, business process design, systems integration, and change management. Prior to this, Leeb had more than 15 years’ experience creating, managing, and growing the global business intelligence and knowledge management programs at Prudential Retirement, The McGraw-Hill Companies, KPMG, Ingram Micro, and a leading international philanthropy, The Rockefeller Foundation. He is currently on the faculty at the University of Johannesburg and at the University of Maryland. He is a former Chairman of the Board of the Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP).
