The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) selected Iknow to assist with the implementation of an enterprise content management (ECM) solution. GCRTA is looking for a solution that will give it the ability to (1) organize, manage, and maintain GCRTA data, especially unstructured data; (2) improve our ability to comply with Ohio Public Records and Retention laws; (3) reduce time and effort to fill public records, e-discovery, and internal requests, and (4) give the organization faster decision making ability, improve work productivity, reduce paper use, help prevent data leakage, while also improving information technology security.
Iknow will assess the GCRTA’s document and content management business needs, evaluate their current systems, identify suitable software products, and recommend the optimal ECM solution.
