• Senior Partner, Ernst & Young LLP, 1996–2000. Before founding Iknow LLC, Dr. Palowitch was a Senior Partner in Ernst & Young’s management consulting practice. At E&Y, Dr. Palowitch sold and directed client assignments at many of the leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies. He was the firm’s global service line leader for both Strategy Services and Knowledge Management in these industries.
• Corporate Director–Business Reengineering at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, 1992–1996. In this role, he initiated, planned, and directed strategic and process reengineering projects across the company. While at BMS, Dr. Palowitch led enterprise-wide business process reengineering and performance improvement projects in new product development, supply chain, finance, human resources, and legal areas.
• Senior Project Manager, McKinsey & Company, 1987–1992. At McKinsey, Dr. Palowitch planned and directed strategy and operations improvement assignments at major industrial companies. He was a subject matter expert in manufacturing strategy, manufacturing operations, and the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector.

• Technical Consultant, Iknow LLC 2019-present.
• Desktop and Network Support Consultant, Flexis Tech LLC, 2013 – 2018. Built network and data infrastructure to meet professional IT Industry standards. Analyzed IT solutions to meet business needs and requirements. Assisted in planning, design and implementation of full IT Infrastructure to support multi-platform data structure.
• Systems Engineer, MITRE Corporation, 2007-2013. Provided pertinent linguistic data, input and support for Machine Translation systems (MT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects in the Human Language Technology (HLT) innovation area. Supported the development and enhancement of user interface (UI) designs to various MT and speech recognition computerized systems.
• All Media Analyst, L3 Technologies-Titan Corporation, 2002-2007. Mr. Awad provided identification and extraction of essential elements of information from large variety of media including handwritten materials, video and audio recordings, and other electronic media. He oversaw the daily time reporting and other administrative duties of 35 company employees.
• Technical Support Consultant, The American Open University, 2001-2002. Provided technical support to office staff and off-sites campus users, maintained and managed remotely connected workstations to the main offices using remote communication software package.
• Technical Team Leader, Department of Justice, Immigration and Naturalization Services (INS), 2001-2002. Mr. Awad provided desktop and network technical support for about 200 local users and over 1500 nationwide users. He spearheaded a project to enhance the Tier I and Tier II communication and data-entry quality by standardizing the trouble and solution descriptions in the INS help-desk database system (Remedy). Mr. Awad led a team of IT professionals to deploy and implement local and Wide Area Network designs for the INS headquarters, sub-offices and border patrol stations nationwide.
• Computer Specialist, Getronics Government Solutions, 1999-2001. Mr. Awad was the technical team leader providing desktop and network technical support.

• Accenture 1979–2011. Prior to 2011, Ms. Tuthill was a Global Managing Director in Accenture’s consulting, technology, and outsourcing practice. At Accenture, Ms. Tuthill sold and directed client assignments at many of the leading Fortune 500 companies and federal and state agencies. She was the Managing Director for Delivery of Accenture’s North American Health and Public Service Practice—a $2.5 billion enterprise with 500 service contracts and 10,000 technical professionals serving 150 client organizations. She personally led the most complex contracts including those with Aetna, Amtrak, Ascension, General Dynamics, Highmark, Partners HealthCare, Texas Medicaid, the U.S. Department of Education, United Healthcare, and US VISIT. Prior to that role, Ms. Tuthill held various sales, delivery, and operational roles including Chief Operating Officer of Accenture’s Communications and High Tech Division.

• Mr. Schilz has been a Senior Business and Government Consultant since leaving the Governor’s Office in 2011. Before joining Iknow, Mr. Schilz provided similar consulting services through Lucas Group and The Stephen Group.
• From 2007 to 2011, Mr. Schilz served as Policy Director, Budget Director, and Cabinet Director for the Office of South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford. In addition to his many responsibilities as described above, Mr. Schilz served as a link to/from the governor’s office and the cabinet agencies (Department of Health and Human Services; Department of Social Services; Department of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services; Department of Juvenile Justice; Department of Corrections; State Law Enforcement Division; Department of Commerce; Department of Employment and Workforce; Department of Motor Vehicles; Department of Transportation; Department of Revenue; Department of Public Safety; and the Department of Parks, Recreation, and Tourism).
• Mr. Schilz worked as a private practice attorney from 2006 to 2007, and preceding that was a law clerk to the Honorable John C. Few.

Prior to joining Iknow LLC, Mr. Kinsella was the Founder and Managing Principal of TCoR Consulting where he worked with industry experts to solve complex insurance and risk management problems using a Total Cost of Risk (TCoR) framework. Key focus areas included probabilistic business interruption loss models for mechanical and electric breakdown, property risks for electric power generation facilities (coal, gas, wind, solar); product warranty program design and management; supply chain risk management frameworks; and U.S. flood risk assessments.

Prior to starting TCoR Consulting Mr. Kinsella served as Senior Vice President of Operations & Systems at AIG’s Global Marine and Energy and Executive Liability business units. At AIG, Mr. Kinsella led the effort to ensure that Global Marine & Energy and National Union’s end-to-end business processes were efficient and met requirements and compliance standards established by Internal Audit and Sarbanes-Oxley–Section 404. This included documenting, monitoring, and controlling processes to ensure coding/reporting timeliness, accuracy, and completeness. Mr. Kinsella was also responsible for directing the system maintenance/development activities of approximately $12 million per year.

Prior to joining AIG, Mr. Kinsella was a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s Management Consulting Practice, where he conducted numerous business process analysis and recommendation projects for some of the world’s leading insurance and pharmaceuticals companies. Mr. Kinsella also led the effort to build a public company reporting system to support a major insurance company’s demutualization process.

Mr. Kinsella has held managerial positions in operations–finance at AlliedSignal (now Honeywell) and R&D/Sales at Microcel Technology (a Rothschild Capital Partners venture-backed startup).

• Senior Technology Consultant, Iknow LLC, 2013–present. Works on energy and knowledge management projects involving SharePoint 2013 for high technology companies.
• Principal, amidus LLC, 2009–present. Internationally experienced clean energy and sustainability professional with a unique combination of consulting, operational, and technology skills gained while leading strategy, business growth, investment, and implementation projects for commercial, public, and nonprofit entities. He is a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE)-certified professional for Clean Energy workforce training, a core member of Maryland Energy Administration’s Task Force on Clean Energy workforce development, and a consultant for the UN Sustainable Energy for All initiative in Africa. Mr. Kohli provided expert testimony to the State of Maryland House of Representatives in 2011, is an invited speaker at the DAAD/UN MCEC Energy Summit, and serves on the Board of Advisors, Maryland Clean Energy Center (MCEC). He is also a Director of Maryland | DC | Virginia Solar Energy Industries Association (MDV-SEIA) and an advisor for the Institute for Energy and Environment Research (IEER).
• Vice President of Strategy and Global Business Development, a2z Inc., 2007–2009. Led teams to develop new market-leading products and formulate business-growth strategies. Managed innovative marketing and high-level sales. Led negotiations with venture capital firms for equity investment in the company. Decreased operational costs by 20 percent, grew revenue to 25 percent above industry average, and increased lead generation by 40 percent.
• Director, STL Partners, 2004–2007. Managed strategic initiatives for Fortune 50 companies on business growth and business process re-alignment projects. Identified new business opportunities in excess of $500 million in a two-year period.

Led a 30-person business development team in creating a new line of business. Successfully performed technology and business due diligence for companies that were in the process of raising venture capital or going public.
