Iknow LLC was selected by the Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) to carry out an assignment titled “Human Capital Business Process Re-Engineering.” Specifically, DART selected Iknow for a master services contract to conduct a number of consulting engagements in the areas of business process reengineering, resource requirements assessment, and organizational design associated with human resource processes and transactions.
The project began in December.
